Catherine Anderson
Co-Founder, ARKO Construction
Catherine Anderson is a licensed general contractor and trained architect with a passion for bringing thoughtfully designed spaces to life. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and began her career at several respected firms, including Behar Font & Partners, where she quickly grew into a Junior Project Coordinator role.
Her experience managing mid-to-large-scale developments in areas like Coconut Grove, sparked a deeper interest in the construction side of the process. After earning her general contractor license, Catherine co-founded Arko Group with three former colleagues—what began as a side project quickly evolved into a full-service design and construction partnership. She now plays a leading role at Arko Construction, working closely with clients to guide projects from concept to completion.
Catherine is fluent in both English and Spanish. As one of the few women in the industry, she’s proud to bring a fresh, transparent, and well-rounded approach to every job.
Alejandro Reyes
Co-Founder, ARKO Construction
Alejandro Reyes is a licensed general contractor and trained architect with a strong foundation in both design and engineering. He earned his Master of Architecture from Florida International University and began his career as a CAD draftsman before taking on a Junior Architect role at Omni Architect, P.C. in New York.
After moving back to Miami, he joined Behar Font & Partners, where he met his future co-founder, Catherine Anderson. Alejandro later expanded his hands-on experience in the field as a Project Engineer and then Project Manager at ANF Group, Inc., where he oversaw complex builds like Eurus at Miramar, Madison Point, and Sol Vista, and developed a deep appreciation for the construction side of the process.
Driven by a desire to blend design and construction under one roof, Alejandro co-founded The Arko Group alongside three former colleagues. As co-founder of Arko Construction, Alejandro brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach to every project. Fully fluent in both English and Spanish, he’s committed to building spaces that blend thoughtful design with practical execution.
