After starting her career at Behar Font & Partners and managing large-scale developments in Coconut Grove, she co-founded Arko Group to offer a seamless "concept-to-completion" experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, Catherine is proud to bring a fresh, transparent, and female-led perspective to the construction industry.

His career spans architectural roles in New York to managing complex, large-scale builds like Sol Vista and Madison Point at ANF Group. Driven to unify design and build, he co-founded Arko Group to deliver detail-oriented, practical execution. Fully bilingual, Alejandro is committed to bridging the gap between sophisticated design and high-stakes construction management.

From daily site oversight and subcontractor management to material procurement, Jefferson’s hands-on approach and entrepreneurial perspective ensure that every project is executed with both quality and precision.
